Miller Homes is the UK’s largest privately owned house-builder. Both Soph and Justin worked on this project, albeit at different agencies. Following UK wide research overseen by Justin, he used the valuable insights gained to create a new brand strategy which was handed over to Soph to bring to life through the creative.
The creative brief was to undertake a radical brand refresh, underpinned by the concept of ‘care’, delivering everything people need when they buy a Miller home. Culminating in the creation of the Homeowners’ Manual, the refresh covered all customer journey literature, websites and marketing suites. This all played a part in an 11% increase in recommendations from 95% of Miller Homes customers. www.millerhomes.co.uk
