We consulted with over 450 service users, staff and stakeholders to explore perceptions of the Hillcrest brand.
This research informed a new brand structure and look and feel that more accurately reflected Hillcrest’s market position, the services it offered and helped to align its sub-brands more closely with the organisation.
This simpler, bolder and more dynamic look is currently being launched across the business.
